Fees & Insurance

ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP FEE

Junior membership - Any person aged 7 years or more but under the age of 18 - Annual cost $5.00.

Parent/Guardian membership - If you are a junior, a parent/guardian must also be a member - Annual cost $1.00.

Coach membership - available to persons nominated by the committee - Annual cost $1.00.

Referee membership - available to persons nominated by the committee - Annual cost $1.00.

Affiliate membership - available to persons nominated by the committee - Annual cost $1.00.

Lifetime membership - as per clauses 5.4.6 and 5.7 of the NJRD Constitution

(All annual membership fees are automatically invoiced)

INSURANCE 

All junior skaters are required to have the appropriate level of insurance cover through Skate Victoria. 

Learn to Skate and Level 1 insurance - Junior Development $45 per calendar year.

Levels 2, 3, 4 insurance - Junior Competitive $60 per calendar year.

An insurance upgrade from development to competitive is $15.

Coaches & off skates Administrators insurance - Roller Derby Associate - no cost

Non skating Official insurance - Roller Derby Non Skating Official - no cost

TERM FEES

The term fee is $120 per skater - this covers the Sunday and Wednesday training sessions. Term fees are invoiced and payment is due as per NJRD Terms. Please ensure when making payment that you use the reference number on the invoice so your payment can be identified. NJRD does not accept cash. Please pay via bank deposit.

Newcastle Junior Roller Derby is an approved provider of the NSW Active and Creative Kids Voucher program.

Vouchers may be redeemed at training sessions via QR code.
